Glesby Theatre - Main Stage
The Janzen Boys
A father-and-sons trio, The Janzen Boys got their start busking as a rootsy, harmony-singing family. They play alt country and acoustic folk music, and entertain with a unique flare and style.
With soul and voice well beyond her years, Ojibwe folk soul artist Ila Barker captures audiences with her sweet melodies and pure, warm-honey vocals. Fusing authentic lyrics and timeless notes, this Manitoba-grown storyteller inspires a moment of serenity and blissful escape for those she serenades.
Mika-Dawn is a well-known southern prairie sweetheart. Since she began writing her own music at age 15, her sweet vocals and honest storytelling have left audiences entranced. From Pilot Mound, her songs tell the story of her rural Manitoba life; its challenges, beauty, and sorrow. She brings a clear sound and a folky attitude to her music.
