The PFAE Artisan Market is sponsored by Prairie Ripples. For many years, the Prairie Ripples art group hosted artist studio tours in the summer and a two day art market here at Prairie Fusion.
Deadline to Apply as a Vendor is June 30. Notification goes our July 15 and Payment must be made by July 31.

Acceptance emails will go out on July 15. Do not send payment until you receive acceptance email.
This is a curated market and only handmade art and artisan creations accepted. Our decisions are based on the product you sell and its diversity.
If application is accepted, payment is required to secure your spot in the market. Payment must be made before deadline of July 31 or you forfeit your spot.
Only items listed in application will be accepted at the market. Please do not bring other items not listed in your application.
PFAE is not responsible for any loss or damage to your items. Exhibitors should have their own insurance.
The Exhibitor acknowledges that there is no formal security on premise and that PFAE is not responsible for any works that may be damaged or stolen during the market.
Upon acceptance, send full payment via e-Transfer to prairiefusioned@gmail.com or pay in person at Prairie Fusion in the Rona Gift Boutique, 11 2nd St. NE Portage la Prairie, MB.
Market fees are non-refundable.
Market hours are Friday, October 23, 3:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturday, October 24, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Set up time is October 23, 10:00am to 2:30pm and take down is October 24 at 6:00pm no exceptions.
Food vendors will be on site.
Advertising & Promotion Terms and Conditions
PFAE encourages exhibitors to promote their participation in this market, we ask that all advertising and promotion, matches the promotional material that we have created. This applies to methods of print, social media, web based, posters, brochures, flyers, and any other marketing/advertising methods and tools. in the instance various media may approach you, the Exhibitor, we ask that PFAE is notified immediately and any materials given to the press are approved by PFAE.
PFAE provides marketing opportunities for Exhibitors, to take advantage of these opportunities we ask that written material and photographs be provided upon acceptance in the market. The exhibitor may also allow PFAE to use the previously submitted materials, PFAE reserves that right to shorten, modify or edit any content to fit appropriate media, taking care not to disrupt the integrity of the piece(s) being utilized for promotions.
