Mini & Me Yoga

The mini and me yoga program offers a nurturing and supportive environment for mothers and their babies to bond, relax, and rejuvenate together through gentle yoga practice. This program is designed for mothers with babies aged 6 weeks to pre-crawling stage, providing a safe and inclusive space for both to participate in yoga poses and mindfulness exercises. 

Cassidy is a certified birth doula, perinatal and childbirth educator, and a baby yoga instructor. Coming from a teaching degree with Brandon University her passion for educating as well as her passion for all things pregnancy, birth and babies has merged to provide caregivers with a much needed avenue for information and programming. After having her twin girls in 2019 she felt that there was a large need for mother and me programs. A chance to get out of the house, connect with their babies and other moms while promoting a healthy lifestyle. She is excited to bring this new program to portage and looks forward to connecting with you and your little one. 

Cost is $60 for you and one child, for additional children it is $30 each.
