Boogie with my Buddy for ages 2-4

"Boogie with My Buddy" is a dynamic program designed for parents and active children aged 2-4 to engage in movement-based activities that promote physical fitness, coordination, and body awareness. The program incorporates elements of basic dance and body control to introduce young participants to the joy of movement and expression through music. 
Each session of "Boogie with My Buddy" will feature a variety of fun and interactive activities, such as dance routines, games, and exercises that encourage children to explore different ways of moving their bodies. Parents will actively participate alongside their children, providing support and encouragement while also bonding through shared physical activities.

Through guided instruction and playful exploration, children will learn fundamental dance techniques, develop coordination skills, and enhance their body control in a safe and inclusive environment. The program aims to foster a love for physical activity and creative expression while promoting positive parent-child interactions.

By the end of the program, participants will have improved their motor skills, gained confidence in their physical abilities, and developed a greater appreciation for the art of dance and movement. Session 3: Jan 26, Feb 2, 9, 23, Mar 2, 9

Sometimes winter storms or instructor illness causes a class to be canceled, in that case classes will be rescheduled at the end of each session.
